Free Shipping on orders over $89

All purchases in stock will be processed within 3 business days once transactions are completed. 

Two different options to delivery super fast, or with ease. Free on orders over $89. 

  • Standard Shipping(8-13days) -------US$5

  • Express (5-7days)-------US$29

Free on orders over $89. This is the budget version if you are not in a rush. It uses

E-Commerce Express Standard that hands over the shipments to local carriers like USPS, Royal Mail and Correos. As soon as it arrives in your country, you can use the same tracking code to track it with your local carrier.

Delivery times are longer and are different per country which will be shown during check-out. We ship within 1-3days . Know that, unfortunately, the carriers don't do any investigations. If it says it got delivered, they claim it is delivered and we can't do much. Just being open here. In 99,9% of the time all goes smooth.

Tracking on all orders! 

All our shipments come with a Tracking Code so you can see the progress of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation with Tracking code in your inbox within 1-3 business days after your order, please check the spam-folder if you can't find it, it will be there for sure!

For your convenience, we are happy to ship our products to most place in the world. For detailed information on standard and expedited delivery, choose the shipping option when check out. 

 

Please note all international orders may be subject to customs fees and inspection in the destination country which may result in a charge and/or delivery delay beyond our control. Please check with your local customs office before ordering to determine if there are any additional costs. 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery. Shipping fees are non refundable and we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business days.

Returns

Important! Make sure to send us a message before you return the product.

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Jecacc, that’s why we offer a 14-day return policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 15 days from the delivery date.

 

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

 

We don't provide return labels.
